Raeden Brings on Data Center and Networking Veteran Eric Hoy as VP, Solutions Engineering

Raeden, a leader in client-driven data center and technology infrastructure solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Hoy as Vice President of Solutions Engineering. Eric brings decades of experience in managing complex data center build-outs and designing power, cooling, and network systems that align with client objectives—delivering solutions on time and within budget. His deep technical expertise and client-first approach make him a valuable addition to Raeden’s team.

Raeden specializes in identifying, evaluating, and pre-qualifying thousands of existing buildings, land sites, and other assets capable of adaptive reuse into data center deployments and telecommunications hubs. Client interest in a specific geography, asset, and/or collection of assets allows Raeden, as led by Eric and his Team, to apply formal Solutions Engineering resulting in custom, specific, and bespoke data center and network builds and deployments. Simply put, Eric will drive Raeden’s mission to build and operate data center capacity into virtually any building supporting any client requirements.

Eric began his career as a network engineer in 1996 and has since built an impressive track record in networking and infrastructure. He has held leadership roles including Staff Network Engineer at Sanmina, Global Network Manager at Dionex, VP of Data & Cloud Services at Xtelesis Corporation, and Network Architect at Vantage Data Centers. His work has supported major organizations including Element Critical and, most recently, Megawatt Construction.
